NHBC is the standards setting body for the new homes industry and has approximately 20,500 registered builders who agree to comply with its Rules and build homes to NHBC Standards of construction.
NHBC is also the UK's leading warranty and insurance provider for new homes, and it’s Buildmark warranty, which you will receive, covers more than 85% of new homes in the UK.
In addition to this Urban Light also provides additional warranties and guarantees for other individual aspects of your home such as your integral appliances, details of which can be found in your new home pack.
